Castoro Cellars

The husband and wife team of Niels and Bimmer Udsen established Castoro Cellars in 1983 with the goal of producing world-class wines from the Paso Robles appellation. Castoro farms over 400 acres of its own grapes with seven different sites throughout the area. This allows Castoro Cellars to take advantage of the unique micro-climates and maximize consistency vintage to vintage. The grapes are grown with the environment in mind utilizing sustainable and organic farming techniques. The numerous gold medals received at major competitions are a testimony to the success of the Udsens' philosophy.
